     Mind Control 101 and the Class Action Law Suit

I have been in discussion with many ex-TT members about filing a Class Action Law Suit against the TT for unreturned money, possessions, and such. It looks like it will be going ahead. I thought I would ask the Community in Winnipeg this week for just some of the money back that I have given before and after I joined. All I asked for was $1000. I gave them much more than that, but I wanted to see what their reaction was. Here is the email.

Hello James,

We have taken into consideration your request. Simply put we cannot respond to this demand. If you choose to take us to court over this, that is your right. We will not try and take that from you. As for us, we desire to follow Yahshua with all our hearts. He TOLD EVERYONE WHO WANTED TO FOLLOW Him to give up everything, even their own selfish lives. It was the same for you as we told you many, many times. We did not take anything from you. You are not a victim, you made a choice.

This last stay with us you requested many times to be baptized and join our community. We delayed you many times because we wanted to be sure that you were sure this is what you wanted to do. You did continue to ask however, and finally we said yes. You changed your mind however and that is totally your right to do. It is your life and you are responsible for how you live it.

While you were here with us, it was important to us that you had whatever time you needed to take care of your personal affairs. You were able for the most part to freely work on your online business, and as far as I can remember any request you asked me for to deal with your personal affairs was granted. We strove to respect your need, and help as much as we could with the struggles you were facing at the time. We based our relationship with you on good faith trying to help each other. I don’t know if there is anything more to say on our side.

Kohlev and the community in Winnipeg

For the weak person, this would be hard to come back at. After reading it, I almost bought into their response email. BUT I DIDNT. I guarantee this response was not made by Kohlev alone, it took them a good couple of days to hash out a response, hoping I will go away, trying to put the blame on me.  

The reality is, when you join the community, you get NOTHING back when you leave. That means if you give up your life and hand over a million dollars, they consider it theirs, even if they don’t fulfill their end of the bargain. Basically, they promise the moon and defraud people for their possessions and money.

Proverbs says Money obtained by fraud perishes quickly.it sure does, into the elders bank accounts.

I really get a kick out of the any request you asked me for to deal with your personal affairs was granted part.

This is an outright lie. And notice that you need to be granted permission to deal with your personal affairs. Quite sad. And the online business that I had to pay my back taxes? 90% of the time when I tried to work at it, I was guilt-tripped into helping with other needs and the other 10% of the time someone was snooping over my shoulder. No privacy in the TT.

I also get a kick out of we did not take anything from you; you are not a victim you made a choice.

The community takes advantage of weak people. It’s like a used car salesman harassing an old lady until she signs on the dotted line. You need this car; bad things will happen if you don’t do this. The old lady is told this convincingly so many times until she believes it. Its called mind control. Its actually fraud and the community is great at defrauding people, by promising eternal life and joy and contentment and delivering a miserable life.

So I will be submitting my name to the Class Action lawsuit. Many legal precedents have been set, including one guy who sued Scientology for millions after controlling him for 20 years. There are many people, hundreds who have wasted years in the community, only to discover the truth and leave, devastated. It takes years for many of them to recover.

In the City of Winnipeg, I am going to be taking more action on behalf of TT victims and future victims of this mind control. I am personally sending an info pack about the community to everyone they do business with, including people who carry their Maté product and people who use their machine shop. It will be common knowledge in this city that you are supporting a child abusing cult by shopping at certain stores like Vita Health and places that carry their Maté. Advertising is cheaper than you think.   

They are opening a new cafe on Des Meurons. I wonder how the residents in the area are going to enjoy having people picket around the sidewalks and the cafe. It’s legal to do it, and many of us certainly intend on protesting the new caf when it opens. With my media connections, it’s going to make the paper and the 6 pm newscast.

I have already been in contact with Labor officials to investigate the child labor laws that are broken and the workplace safety laws that are broken. And I have been in contact with the Winnipeg Police Child Abuse Unit. Sadly, the child abuse unit has limited resources but will investigate. I have a meeting with education officials next week about the Twelve Tribes School and my concerns about that. Clearly these children are not getting enough education and I have concerns about the children’s diets as well.

It’s time the fraud known as the Twelve Tribes Communities are put in their place. It’s time for justice for the child (and adult) victims of the cult. And justice will be served.
